APPLY FOR A PUPPY
If you would like to adopt one of our available corgi puppies or to be put on our waitlist for an upcoming litter, we require that you fill out an application below. We will be in contact with you within the next 3-5 business days regarding your approval or denial.
At Corgi Craze, we breed both standard coat and fluffy coat Pembroke Welsh and American corgi puppies. The puppies that are and will be available for adoption require a nonrefundable deposit once you are approved-whether joining a waitlist or adopting an available corgi pup. The deposit amount varies depending on the type of corgi you would like to adopt. Please see our Pricing page for more information on the total cost of your corgi puppy.
**YOU ARE NOT OFFICIALLY ON OUR WAITLISTS UNTIL AN APPLICATION HAS BEEN SUBMITTED, APPROVED, AND THE WAITLIST FEE HAS BEEN PAID.**
*$100.00 NONREFUNDABLE waitlist fee to join ONLY the WAITLIST.*
To be placed on ONLY the WAITLIST, there will be a nonrefundable $100.00 waitlist fee. Once this waitlist fee has been paid, that money along with your approved waitlist application reserves your place in line on our waitlist.
**The waitlist fee will apply to total puppy price**
*You will not be required to pay any more money until AFTER your puppy is born & it is your turn in line to pick and reserve him/her. At that time, you will reserve and hold your pup by means of a $400 nonrefundable deposit. The rest of the payment will be due 1 week before you take your puppy home.*
*NONREFUNDABLE means nonrefundable*
NONREFUNDABLE means that if you pay this fee and later decide that you no longer want to purchase a puppy from Corgi Craze, you WILL NOT receive your money back. HOWEVER, you do have the freedom to go elsewhere after joining. We just ask that you notify us of your decision so that we can keep our existing waitlists current and up to date!
